I visit Montgomery every year for family, for me.
What's this project about?
'A Memoir to Montgomery' is a poetry and pottery project that focused on exploring my relationship with the small stone masonry village of Montgomery in Wales.
I visit Montgomery annually to visit my family and have done since I was very little. Over the years the trip has become a ritual in my year that has offered me comfort and security. I depicted the monotony of this trip in a series of jugs that don't pour.
